Victoria Wilson is a DONA International Certified Advanced Birth Doula, childbirth educator, and founder of Mother Well Doula in Central Kentucky. Since 2015, she has supported more than 100 families through birth, education, and community engagement, helping parents navigate pregnancy and childbirth with confidence, informed decision-making, and compassionate support.

Victoria is passionate about improving maternity care through collaboration, education, and relationship-building among families, doulas, and healthcare professionals. Her work emphasizes the value of evidence-informed doula support, respectful and individualized care, and practical strategies for creating positive birth experiences within the hospital setting. As a trauma-informed perinatal professional, she brings a thoughtful, nuanced perspective to conversations about birth, advocacy, and the evolving role of doulas in maternity care.

Through her speaking engagements with college campuses, professional groups, and community organizations, Victoria helps audiences better understand the impact of doula care and the importance of collaborative, family-centered birth support. Her mission is to strengthen relationships across the birth community and contribute to a more supportive maternity care system for families and providers alike.
